ACM Pune Coding League is an exclusive coding contest organised by the PCCOE ACM Chapter and The ACM Pune Professional Chapter for UG/PG students across India. The coding league has been initiated with the aim to become one of the most prestigious coding contest throughout India.
Registration Fees and Prizes :
Registration fee/team: ₹150(first round only) and additional ₹100 for teams qualifying to the second round, to be paid on spot after the results of first round are announced.
Prizes: Winner - ₹6000 Runner up - ₹4000
No. of participants per team: 3, teams can consist of members of the same/different institute, year and department.
Rounds: The contest will consist of two rounds. Duration of each round will be 2-3 hours.
No internet access will be allowed, however, full documentation of Java, Python 2, Python 3 and C++ STL will be provided.
Participants can bring configuration files of their prefered editors or even ready to run binaries or packages(compatible with Ubuntu) of their preferred editors or IDEs. In such cases the files may be screened for any pre written code. However, teams must be flexible and be ready to work with available tools.
The contest will be hosted on a local judge. The ranking system provided by the local judge will be used to rank teams. A practice session will be held before the contest so that teams become familiar with the environment.
Participants can bring with them a 10 page document(5 sheets) as an aid. The document can contain code, or any other helpful tips but cannot contain any problem statements and their solutions. The document will have to be submitted at the registration desk for examination and will be returned to teams before the start of the contest.
Ultimately, the decision of the judges will be final and binding on all participants.
